Terms and conditions
This English version of terms of conditions is prepared for convenience only. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Please carefully read the following notes that contains necessary and important matters to understand for shopping, making group purchases and purchases at Super Auction at shops (hereinafter called "Shops") operating in VE shop VE Services Sdn. Bhd. ("VE Services" or "we")
VE Services assumes you have read and agreed to the Notes if you use VE shop.
VE Services has the right to revise the Notes at anytime. You are encouraged to read the Notes each time because VE Services is not responsible for notification of any of their revisions.
We assume you have read and agreed with any revisions if you use VE shop.
VE Services Indemnification
1. VE shop provides "Places" for shopping and such shopping is made directly between customers and Shops. VE Services is not a party in charge for shopping.. Therefore, customers and Shops have to settle any troubles that arise directly as a result from shopping.
2. Please ask Shops directly for information on Shops, contents of shopping, shopping items, services, contents in Shops' websites and policies for personal information. VE Services bears no responsibilities for authenticity, accuracy, updates, utility, reliability, legitimacy, infringements of third parties rights in the information.
3. VE Services is not responsible for any damages for customers from interruption, delay, discontinue of systems, missing data due to failure of communication line and/or computers, damages from unauthorized access to VE Services data and any damages from serviced provided by VE Services.
4. VE Services does not guarantee that emails, contents, VE Services Server, VE Services Domain of VE shop are virus free and harmless.
5. VE Services may give customers and Shops information and advice, however, VE Services will not take any responsibilities of third parties results from such actions.
Assignment of an obligation
1, Shops should cede a receivable to VE Services when shops obtain a receivable from customer by sale on credit using VE Services's settlement system.
However, if the terms pass two months since the credit sale was conducted, it is written off from assignment of accounts receivable.
Request for following rules and terms
VE shop may have its own rules and terms other than the Notes. Agreement to these rules and terms is necessary to use VE shop services. Please read carefully and follow rules and terms.
Prohibited
The following actions are prohibited for customers to use VE shop. Any violation may result in restrictions of shopping and/or rejections of future shopping. Customers are responsible to pay compensation for any damages to which may arise from their illegal acts made against VE Services such as (1) violation of rights, interests and defamation of VE Services other customers, Service Providers and any other third parties, (2) wrongful orders without actual intention of their payments, transactions with identify thief, providing false information, any wrongful acts, (3) illegal acts, (4) Violation of rules and terms defined by VE Services.
Registration of necessary information
VE Services may ask customers to register for services when they are needed In this case, site registration is a condition to use services.
Cookies etc
VE Services may take IP address accessing VE Services servers, identification number of mobile phones and information of customers' usage of VE Services services with cookies in order to analyze customers' access history and their usage, and provide the optimized services for other customers. Customers may encounter limitation of services of VE shop if customers select not to accept cookies in their Web browser.
VE Services Privacy Policy
VE Services handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
Services from VE shop
VE Services holds rights to change and/or discontinue entire or a part of services from VE shop.
Miscellaneous
Relationship between VE Services and its customers is governed by Malaysian laws. Malaysian court is the first and exclusive court of jurisdiction for any litigation should it arise.
